For the Audi brand, we delivered a completely immersive historical experience – the brand history over 80 years. The concept of the event series was to present the history of the Audi brand in a unique and emotional journey. 3 variations – 3 locations. Historical setting in the 1930s, Rally in the 1980s, and DTM in the modern era.

DHL

For an internal DHL event, we have prepared an exciting racing experience – driving old-school VAN deliveries in virtual reality using a racing circuit in Slovakia. We placed the DHL logo on the racing track, billboards, and the Ford delivery van.

Dell

At the Dell Technology Conference, we delivered a fantastic racing experience using a licensed Formula 1 racing seat on a motion platform with virtual reality. We placed the Dell company logo on the Formula Halo and the racing track in Austria.

Arrow

We were tasked by Arrow, the sponsor of the McLaren Formula 1 team, to integrate logos of 14 sponsors from two categories – silver and gold. We placed the Arrow logos on the Formula Halo, on the racing track in the United Kingdom, and the screen for the best lap times.

Olympia

Since the event occurred at Olympia Shopping Center in Brno, we decided to showcase Brno’s city racing heritage from its history to the modern era. Our VR racing simulators were open to the public, featuring massive 3 Real screens that captured people’s attention and VR technology for the best experience.

Trumpf

For the 100th-anniversary celebration of Trumpf, we prepared a Boeing flight experience with a massive 3 Real panoramic screen. We placed the logo on the airplane so visitors could see it during takeoff and landing. In the air, we switched the camera view to external, showcasing the logo during the flight.

Thermo Fisher Scientific

At the Thermo Fisher Scientific Christmas party, we provided modern entertainment with a space and aviation theme, enjoyed by over 2000 people. We featured a moving flight simulator with virtual reality, a 3 Real screen, a mini VR booth, and an Apollo 11 experience.

ABB

For an internal ABB event at the observatory, we delivered a jet flight simulator with an external screen for the best times. The aviation experience was available in virtual reality, and we placed the ABB logo on the competition screen.

ExxonMobil

The concept for ExxonMobil was to showcase the brand’s history through famous cars and races. The event occurred at the company headquarters, where we placed a Porsche GT1 simulator to demonstrate the 90s era and a Formula simulator with an official Formula 1 racing seat and F1 racing wheel. To enhance the experience, we used iPads to play live recordings of David Croft’s commentary.

McLaren Velo

At the McLaren Velo event, our concept was to install two Formula simulators equipped with 3Real MAX screens, mirroring the Formula’s real-life size on the screens.

We are from Italy/Austria/Germany, etc. Can you provide delivery within the EU?

Yes, we operate our transportation service, RoarFun Express, with prices calculated individually based on distance and delivery time.

We are from the USA, United Kingdom, Emirates, etc. Do you offer delivery outside of the EU?

RoarFun primarily operates within the European Union. However, if you find our product appealing and are willing to cover delivery and potential local taxes, we’ll do our best to help. Please feel free to contact us for a quote.

How much does it cost to get entertainment?

Entertainment rental prices start from 1100 EUR – and vary based on the equipment, location, and event time. Prices are without VAT. For orders outside of the EU, import taxes may apply. We would be pleased to provide you with a non-binding calculation based on your requirements.

We have a conference / festival for 3/5/7 days. Will you also provide staff to run it?

Yes, our staff will handle the equipment setup, answer any questions, and help to organize a competition. Our entire team is fluent in English. For more details, please visit the page – RoarFun Wizards.

How much space does the entertainment need?

The space required depends on your selection and the number of screens. The smallest option needs approximately 1.5×1.5 meters, while the largest variant requires about 5×2.5 meters.

How long does it take for one person to try it?

We usually discuss details with the client before an event and adjust the experience length based on the expected quantity of participants, schedule, and event concept. One try can be as short as 3 minutes, with 1-2 minutes to change players. The recommended time is 6-8 minutes per try, with 2-3 minutes in between to change a player and explain the controls.

What do I need to arrange for the sponsorship entertainment?

You only need to provide one ordinary 110/220V power outlet. We will take care of everything else. No internet connection is required – all our equipment works offline. Equipment is energy efficient with a maximum usage of 1.5KW per station.
